Gecko sales TOS
Please read the following terms of sale for live animal purchases:
Our animals are ethically sourced and bred. If you're looking for a new pet or cornerstone animal for breeding, look no further.
Images and weight of the animal will be provided prior. All photos are unedited: coloration can vary from screen to screen and whether they're fired up/down. No refunds will be given for color, size or if the tail is dropped in transit.
All animal sales are final purchase. Payment plans are accepted for animals over $300, with a 25% non-refundable deposit and balance due within 30 days. Plans for animals under $300 may be available upon request with a higher deposit and shorter payment term.
Animals will be shipped overnight priority via FedEx to the customers preferred hub. Live arrival is guaranteed. We are not responsible for FedEx delays and this will void live arrival. Animals may, when requested, be sent to the customers home address. This will also void the live arrival guarantee.
Overnight shipments will only be scheduled once payment has been made in full, delivery information is confirmed between us and temps are between 35°-85° on both ends, with no weather delays. If customer needs to change the label for any reason after it is confirmed, they will be responsible for any additional fees. Customers will be provided with tracking and updates once shipment is scheduled. Piña Colada It is requested that the customer notify us of the animal's safe arrival. Live arrival guarantee is only applicable if the above conditions were met and the customer reaches out with video proof of the deceased animal within 30 minutes of delivery. Accommodations such as refund or replacement will be discussed.

Digital Art Commissions
Please read the following terms of sale for commissioned art work:
Commissions are always open and welcome. Commissions are completed in the order they are taken, pending payment. Payment plans are available for all art commissions, with no required amount to start but full payment due within 30 days. Funds must be paid in full before artwork begins. Funds are refundable during that 30 day period before work has begun.
Once a theme and layout concept are established and confirmed between artist and client, a sketch will be provided for approval. Details and adjustments can be made at this time. However, if an entirely new sketch is required due to client change in concept, there will be a 15% fee due before work will progress. If the client chooses to cancel services at this time, 50% refund of the original fee will be refunded.
Once the sketch is approved and the commission moves forward, there will be no refund given for client cancellation. I reserve the right at any time to cancel the commission and will refund up to 75% of the fee dependent on reason for cancellation and commission progress.
Once artwork is done it will be emailed to the client in their preferred form: PNG, jpeg, pdf, tiff. Once artwork has been received by the client, the original artwork will remain archived for a period of 90 days, beyond that there is no guarantee the file will still be available to be resent. Please save and plan accordingly.
All finished art is owned by the client and can be used for merchandise, sales etc. The artistic rights remain my own and for marketing purposes can be shared on social media platforms or in portfolios but will not be sold.jalepeno Artwork is original and will not be duplicated for other clients. The client agrees that artwork will not be edited, tampered with or reused by another artist.

Paintings, prints and sculptures:
Pre-made items will ship withing 3-5 business days. All custom works will be shipped upon completion, which will range based on the specific piece. All orders, premade or custom will be paid for in full before shipping. Please feel free to reach out to me with any questions.
